Letter – Tenants miss HST ballots

Tenants miss HST ballots

As a caretaker at  a 25-unit apartment building in Fernwood, I noticed six pieces of “HST referendum voting package” mail from tenants who have long since moved and another without an apartment number for a current tenant. If this reflects a trend throughout the province — i.e. fewer tenants able to vote — I’m wondering if the vote will accurately reflect the wishes of the majority.
