No green in binning
I fail to see the "Green" in binning in the name of a daily $80 crack addiction. This young man is in need of some other help. I am not talking about a handout or even a hand-up. Or even a LifeRing. As an addict once informed me: "Dont feel sorry for me, I choose this life." Only the addict must want to change.
