In Loving Memory ~
Janice passed away peacefully in Victoria BC on November 18, 2023, surrounded by her family.
Janice will be greatly missed and remembered with love by her family and friends. She is survived by her sister Doreen (Maurice) Muloin; daughters, Shirley, Cheryl, Debra (Jason) Dow, Tracy (Dan) Minkley; and grandchildren Megan, Brooke, Brendan, Madison, Quin, Eva and Jax.
She was predeceased in 2000 by her loving husband Ray.
Janice was born in 1941 to Arthur and Marjorie Starr in Winnipeg, Manitoba, where she met Ray and married in 1962. They moved to Beaconsfield, Quebec in 1968 and to North Saanich, BC in 1972 where they raised their family and Janice worked for many years as a crossing guard. In 2007 Janice moved to Sidney. She lived a happy life filled with family, friends, and dogs. She will remain in our hearts forever.
