Passed away at the age of 90 years young on March 22, 2010 at
4:40 PM. He left peacefully with his family at his bedside. Frank will be remembered as a humorous, intelligent, innovative and courageous man who was admired by his friends, family and colleagues. Some of his accomplishments for which we are proud are: WWII Veteran, a pioneer of Medicare and co author of the Foulkes Report; author of Nobody's Son and Pride & Joy. He will be missed dearly by his sons Dennis and Michael and his daughters Jennifer and Michelle, as well as his 13 Grandchildren and 11 great Grandchildren.
A viewing will take place, Saturday, March 27, 2010
from 11am - 2pm at

In lieu of flowers Frank's wishes were to donate in his name to the
Victoria Hospice Society.
