This year, the “10 hot days and nights of the coolest music in town” will be the “10 hot nights of the coolest music online.”
The Victoria Jazz Society proudly presents its next virtual experience, Virtually JazzFest, for the 38th edition of TD Victoria International JazzFest.
The 2021 festival celebrates Vancouver Island and BC-based jazz talent from an array of diverse musical backgrounds, including Phil Dwyer, Angela Verbrugge and many more! Opening this online event will be a special performance from Ontario, featuring the eclectic Jeremy Ledbetter Trio with drummer Larnell Lewis.
Make sure to tune in at jazzvictoria.ca (via the GiGn streaming site). Each free-to-watch virtual performance will be limited to online audiences and remain online after they premiere until Sunday, July 4.
Donations (through jazzvictoria.ca, or the “tips” option on each GiGn event page) to the Victoria Jazz Society are appreciated for these pre-recorded productions.
