Intrepid Theatre is kicking off its 2012 You Show season with The Other Guys Theatre Co. workshopping Cougar Annie Tales, a musical play by local singer/actress Katrina Kadoski about the West Coast pioneer who trapped more than 70 cougars, homesteaded a rainforest bog, opened a remote post office and outlived four husbands. Kadoski cared for Cougar Annie’s garden for years in Clayoquot Sound, where she learned so much about this amazing woman. Performance Sat. Jan. 21 at 8 p.m. at the Intrepid Theatre Club. Tickets $14. M
