Dreams do come true!
Four Victoria teenagers - and best friends - got the chance to watch Saturday night's (June 29) Taylor Swift concert at BC Place with Taylor Swift's mother Andrea.
Andrea Swift saw the four 13-year-old girls freaking out and crying together before the concert even started, and she picked them out of the crowd of over 42,000 people to come and watch the show with her.
The girls were lucky enough to watch - and even touch - Taylor up close and personal, and also got to meet Taylor's brother Austin and opening singer Ed Sheeran.
Two of the girls (Sage DaSilva and Karlee Zaruk) had brought letters they had written to Taylor - in case they ever met her - and asked her mom if she would pass the notes on to her daughter. Andrea graciously accepted the letters at the end of the concert with hugs and kisses, and the promise that she would make sure that Taylor got to read them!
What a night to remember for these four 13-year-old best friends who just completed grade 7 at Monterey Middle School in Victoria.
