Two-minute penalty
What an interesting article in that Professor Power states 40 per cent of Canadian workers have experienced bullying in the past six months. I thought it would have been greater. A lot of us have seen these "Snakes in Suits" show up who seem to think the company functions best when you're frightened of the person above you and contemptuous of your subordinates. According to Prof.Power, there are options to deal with these bullies. I have one more option: find out if they play a sport. Sign up for the league, play against them and "clothesline" the prick every chance you get. Well worth the two-minute penalty!
