Some youth false martyrs

Not once did the article mention addiction. I'm well aware of the factors that put people on the street, and addiction is the main one. Youth issues are extremely complex. There are indeed many youth who have had a raw deal and deserve any and all help — the young man in the article who grew up in foster care is a good example. There are others who are just hooked on dope and hoping aboard the false-martyr bandwagon, blaming big bad society for every discomfort, as youth has done forever.
