A deterrent
How can Gene Miller question convicts’ low opinion of such vile persons like Proctor's predators? Facts are facts. If convicts despise these two, who are we to say otherwise? The future for these two should be a deterrent to those thinking of such misdeeds: the death penalty still survives in prisons. What would the city be like if they were not caught?
