Rick Brintnell, “Rick the Barber”, born November 10th 1939, passed away May 25, 2017. Rick was a barber in Sidney for over 40 years with his shop “The Bell Buoy.” He spent many hours out in the San Juan & Gulf Islands boating with friends & family and will be remembered for his humor, love of classic cars & enjoying a cold pint. Rick will be greatly missed by his wife Kathy & children Brian Brintnell (Kaitlin & Annie), Rochelle Brintnell ( Jasmine & Josh) Special thanks to Saanich Peninsula Palliative unit & volunteers for giving such good care. Celebration of life will be held July 8th 2017 , 12:00 pm at The Army Navy Air Force Veterans Club in Sidney B.C.
