Mitchell Robert Brown, (Mitch) passed away unexpectedly at home, Saturday, October 22, 2016 at the age of 48. Mitchell was born October 21, 1968 in Nanaimo, BC and was a lifelong area resident of Langford. He also worked as a self-employed drywall finisher in BC and AB. He is survived by his daughter Rae Maher, mother Beverly Brown, step father Peter Glover, brother Clay Brown, all of Victoria, and step brother Julian Glover of Australia, step sister Kerrie Glover of Vancouver, niece Hallie Brown of Comox and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. A Celebration of Life & Reception at 11am, Saturday, Nov. 12, at Sands Funeral Chapel, 317 Goldstream Avenue, Colwood. Rev. Jim Holland will officiate. There will be a private internment by family at a later date.
