At age 90 of Brentwood Bay, BC. Passed peacefully at the Saanich Peninsula Hospital after a short illness.
Brenda leaves her loving husband Bill of 59 yrs, sister- in-law Doreen (Dave) Morgan of Victoria, nieces Wendy, Nilo, Selma, Velma and Karen, nephews Marlow and Faron, all of the Moller family; niece Dawn, nephews David, Rick and Darcy of the Morgan family; nieces Carmen, Linda, Janice, nephews Ray and Art of the DeGirolamo family.
Also, many wonderful neighbours and good friends, special friend Doris, Linda, Keith and Mildred, all of Calgary, Pat of Nova Scotia and many relatives of the Morgan family scattered throughout the U.S.A. and Canada. Brenda was one of six children born in Punnichy, Sask. to George and Mabie Moller. Life was difficult those years, being raised in a two-room wood and mud shack on one quarter section of poor land.
Brenda was predeceased by her parents, child-sister Deanna, sister, Molli, brothers Conrad, Bill (Violet) and Jack, also, brothers-in-law, David (Doreen), niece Dorothy, nephews Danny and Doug of the Morgan family, Margaret (Art) and nephew Mike (Marg) of the DeGirolamo family. Brenda was an avid gardener having won many awards from the Calgary Horticultural Society's Best Garden Competition. She will be remembered for keeping her home and garden neat and tidy.
The Morgan family wishes to thank Dr. M. Pawlik and staff of Bayside Medical Centre, the Peninsula Community Health nurses, Nancy, Jennifer, John, Karen and Jill, the staff of Palliative Care Unit and Beacon Community Services for their excellent service.
There will be no service by request, interment in the Royal Oak Cemetery. Flowers gratefully declined.
