Don't miss the Victoria Symphony's 2024/25 season! “There is music here that will make you feel alive."

From the classical works of Richard Strauss to favourite pop songs by ABBA, Victoria Symphony's 2024/25 season promises a thrilling and diverse season that offers a little something for everyone.

“There is music here that will make you feel alive. Music that we share because we love it and think that you will too. Join us for another season of brilliant music,” says VS CEO Matthew White.

The 2024/25 Season opens Sept. 15 at the Royal Theatre with  Richard Strauss's Four Last Songs led by VS Music Director Christian Kluxen. Kluxen says about this concert featuring soloist Aviva Fortunata, “Four Last Songs is a reflection of Strauss's experiences living through war and oppression under Stalin's rule before eventually outliving the dictator. A meaningful choice as a season opener, Four Last Songs ultimately reminds us that humanity can prevail – a truth as relevant today as it was more than 70 years ago.”

The 2024/25 Season continues until May 2025 with a diverse range of music from classical masterworks, to 'Films in Concert', to pop favourites.
