The hekw: remember art show will feature art from Qualicum First Nation Residential School Survivors and those who remember them, starting Nov. 15.
The art forms on display will include knitting, visual art, drums, carvings, embroidery, weaving, dressmaking, photography, beading, rug making, quilting and poetry.
It will include works by artists who range in age from 13 years old to 86 years old.
The show will be hosted at the Qualicum First Nation Band Hall, located at 5850 River Rd. It will be open to the public until Nov. 18.
The majority of the works belong to the artists. There will be limited items for sale.
