Madrona Gallery’s annual group exhibition, Colours of Summer XII, runs July 25 to August 28.

This exhibit brings together a selection of works from the gallery’s contemporary and historic collections. Including a combination of paintings, drawings and sculpture, the exhibition will continue to change and evolve throughout the summer as new works are hung.

Artists in this year’s exhibition include Carollyne Yardley, Megan Dietrich, Luke Ramsey, Shawn O’Keefe, Meghan Hildebrand, Shuvinai Ashoona and many others.

Of the exhibition, gallery director Michael Warren says: “Colours of Summer is a great opportunity too welcome in the summer season and showcase new arrivals and staff favourites from the gallery’s stable of artists. Looking to a post-pandemic season after a year of exhibitions, Colours of Summer is a form of exploration that gives viewers the opportunity to engage with different artists, styles and subject matters.”
