This delicious evening April 23, showcases the talents of the region’s best chefs, while at the same time raising funds to support local women and girls.
Six chefs compete for The People’s Choice Award with their special creations of small, savoury plates that incorporate an element of chocolate into each dish. Each chef perfectly pairs the dish with a beverage or spirit to compliment the flavours.
The finale is a special chocolate creation by renowned chef, Matthias Conradi, of Sooke Harbour House, who prepares the decadent dessert.
